My name is Elsa Phillips I am married with kiddos and extremely blessed.  I am an Independent Business Owner and absolutely love what I do.  I began the Da-Le Shine Designs business right before my cervical and spine surgery knowing my road to recovery was going to be a lengthy one.  My business has allowed me the freedom to set my own hours, attend the numerous doctor visits without having to worry about a boss nagging me about missing work.
