Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Da-Le Shine Designs has a wonderful team that will begin processing your order within the first 24 to 48 hours. Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed on the next business day. All orders are carefully examined and are securely packaged before being shipped out.
Shipping Carrier:
We typically ship via USPS or UPS. We do not ship on U.S. holidays.
You may receive split shipments in the event items ordered are not available at our shop in Helotes, Tx.
Shipping Times:
Once processed, orders typically take 5 to 7 business days within the Continental United States. If there is a delay, please check your tracking information provided in your confirmation email. We can not be responsible for weather delays or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.
