What is your minimum order?
We have no minimum! Purchase as little or as much as you would like. Free Shipping on any purchase over $100
What happens after placing my order?
Da-Le Shine Designs has a wonderful team that will begin processing your order within the first 24 to 48 hours. Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed on the next business day. All orders are carefully examined and are securely packaged before being shipped out.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have any printed catalogs. However, it is best to view our website so you do not miss our weekly additions.
Are your prices the same at your store?
Prices listed on our website match those in our boutique.
All items are priced individually unless it is listed as a bundle.
How long does shipping take?
Once processed, orders typically take 5 to 7 business days within the Continental United States. Shipping times may vary as we do ship from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
If there is a delay, please check your tracking information provided in your confirmation email. We can not be responsible for weather delays or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.
How is your product packaged?
We take pride in carefully packing and securing your package before it leaves our facility. This way it arrives in great condition.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and paypal.
Do you have a physical location?
YES, WE DO!! Our boutique is located in Helotes, TX. We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed Sundays and most holidays. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Can I call in an order off your website or FB account and pick it up?
Absolutely, we offer same-day pick-up as long as it is during business hours. But we ask that you place your order before 3:00 pm. This gives us plenty of time to pick and process your order.
What do I do if an item arrived damaged?
In the event you received a defective item; you will have 7 days to notify us via email of the problem. Item will need to be returned to Da-Le Shine Designs. Upon receiving the item, we will replace it with the exact item if it is in stock. We will also reimburse you the expense of the shipping you paid to send us the defective item. In the event your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with the option to either select a different item of equal or lesser value, receive store credit or a refund will be awarded.
Out of Stocks & Back Orders/How are these handled?
Our team works hard at keeping up with the quantities of items in stock and updating our website weekly. However, due to order patterns, price increases, or specific ordering requirements from our suppliers, we may discontinue or backorder items from time to time. In the event your item is no longer in stock or backordered our sales team may notify you and give you the option to substitute or receive a refund.
