Replacement & Store Credit Policy
We hope you love your purchase with Da-Le Shine Designs! However, we realize that on occasion you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please email your request for a return label to sales@daleshinedesigns.com within 7 days your order was received.
- We accept returns on full-priced merchandise that is sent back to us within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in unused condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may request a return label from us and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Please ship returns in a secure, traceable manner. Da-Le Shine Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return.
- Refunds on full priced merchandised will be issued within 5 days of receiving the return. If you return an item that is not eligible for return, it will be donated or discarded, and you will not receive a refund. If the item was paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to the card used for the original purchase. If the original transaction was by check or cash, a refund will be by distributed in the form of a check.
- In the event you received a defected item; you will have 7 days to notify us via email of the problem. Item will need to be returned to Da-Le Shine Designs. Upon receiving the item, we will replace it with the exact item if it is in stock. We will also reimburse you the expense of the shipping you paid to send us the defected item. In the event your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with the option to either select a different item of equal or lesser value, receive store credit or a refund will be awarded.
